This class is open to anyone of any strength and still level. It focuses on empowering your ability to control your own body in different planes of motion.
Derek has a specialty in corrective exercise and will help you find and correct imbalances in your body to create healthy long term movement patterns

We will focus on things such as

  • Hip stabilization and balance
  • Squatting to full depth
  • Ankle Mobility
  • Hanging
  • Inversions
  • and Functional strength in all these planes!

This class is broken into a 45 minute and 60 minute workout to overlap with the Toddler class schedule. Feel free to join for either section.

The heart of the class, a focused 15-minute segment, is where you’ll build and refine the basics of tumbling, including forward rolls, cartwheels, and more. A complete beginner’s guide to Foot to hand and Hand to hand. This class starts from the very beginning. We will work with properly lifting form, joint
stabilization, and control with static weights, move to dynamic weights and then on to people!

Class will be lightly split between Bases and Flyers to give drills that will strengthen each group individually. After we practice our basic drills we will practice the full skills
together.

We kick things off with a comprehensive warm-up and stretch routine to ensure your child’s safety and flexibility. The next 20 minutes are all about Parkour, where participants will develop their agility and conquer thrilling challenges. Followed by 20 minutes dedicated to Ninja Warrior, where kids can put their strength and balance to the test. We wrap up the class with a cool-down to promote recovery and flexibility. It’s an action-packed hour that combines fitness, creativity, and skill-building, all in a safe and supportive environment.
