Our Mighty Mover 3 class is a one-of-a-kind experience designed for our inquisitive 3-year-olds who are still discovering the world. These classes encourage independence in our little ones – they’re ‘Raisin’ independent’ sessions where anything might happen! At this age, your child might still be figuring out what a teacher is, what standing in line means, and how to follow rules. In our Mighty Mover 3 classes, we create a nurturing space for your child to learn these fundamental concepts through the modality of gymnastics. Each class runs for a fun-packed 45 minutes and includes a gentle warm-up, an imaginative stretching circle, an ever-changing gymnastics centered obstacle course, and ends with a delightful game that keeps the excitement alive.
Tailored for young explorers aged 6 and older, our Open Gym is the ultimate hub for parkour, ninja warrior challenges, acrobatics, tumbling, and more.

This non-competitive environment is perfect for anyone looking for a great time. Games class provides the best space to build confidence and gain new friends. So tag your it, see you at games class!
Family parkour is a community focused group led by coach Jason Budd. This class will teach you to work together with your kids to learn skills such as coordination and balance. Family parkour will also teach basic vaults, jumps, and beginner level acro. This class is for all levels and ages looking to learn and grow together. Come play some games, and see your little ones face light up as you overcome obstacles!

Our one-hour session is packed with excitement and learning, guaranteed to keep young adventurers engaged from start to finish. We kick things off with a comprehensive warm-up and stretch routine to ensure your child’s safety and flexibility. The next 20 minutes are all about Parkour, where participants will develop their agility and conquer thrilling challenges. Followed by 20 minutes dedicated to Ninja Warrior, where kids can put their strength and balance to the test. We wrap up the class with a cool-down to promote recovery and flexibility. It’s an action-packed hour that combines fitness, creativity, and skill-building, all in a safe and supportive environment. Your child will leave with new super tricks, increased confidence, and a heroic smile that lasts long after the class ends.

Whether your child is interested in cheer, acrobatics, dance, gymnastics or simply wants to improve their tumbling abilities, our class provides a supportive and engaging environment for skill development and confidence building.

Pre-requisites: Beginner Parkour, Landings, rolls, and different types of jumps.
