October’s New AcroYoga, flexibility, and Toddler Classes!

We keep growing and growing! Portland Acrobatics, gymanstics, handstands and acro yoga just keeps getting easier to do. I really am just so thrilled with how many people are coming and being part of our community. Thank you for being a part of it and reading my blog posts as I get used to doing all this on a regular basis.

Intermediate Acro Yoga: Dynamic Icarian and L basing: Lauren and Debbie are teaching Tuesday Nights before the icarian jam! The class starts out fast and challenging for all our intermediate acroyogis.

Flexibility: Quickly one of our most popular classes is now with an additional time on Sundays. My personal Favorite since it’s right when I do acro yoga so I can be warmed up and ready to go in that combo.

Beginner Handstands Now on Thursdays 7-8pm If you’ve never been upside down this is the class you are looking for. This class will work you from the floor to the wall and then off the wall in your handstands.

Gymnastics Dance Elements: Performer and future circus school atendee Sydney is here to teach fluidity and grace in your movements. I take this class every chance I get to smooth out my floor work,

Calisthenics: I don’t think anyone will be surprised this is a place I know a lot about. Moving my own body weight around is a passion. Jason already teaches you to flip now he will teach you slow control

Kid’s Ninja Warrior: Thursdays more kids classes, this one is intentionally when Flexibilty for Adults is so you and your kid can both take classes at the same time!

Everytime we add classes to the calendar my heart grows 5 sizes. Thank you all for helping me make my dreams come true which is a lot of our dreams to have this space. If you have other class requests always feel free to reach out and let us know!
